Your Ideas, Thoughts, Help?

OK. I need help again. Sleeping is becoming a not fun exercise. The sciatica is getting worse on the right side and moving up into my lower back. My belly is uncomfortable much of the time too. And even when I get those things situated, then my neck hurts. Does anyone have any recommendations, ideas, etc for sleeping better? I have lots of pillows, a body pillow, a foam thingy on the bed and a pregnancy wedge which I find too hard for under my belly. I personally favor the sleeping for a while, getting up and then going back to sleep later, but that doesn't work so well when you're working...

I have got no recommendations for you that you haven't already tried. That is the bummer part about this stag of pregnancy. The worst for me was when I started getting seriously itchy and would literally scratch my skin off. I hope you don't get that.

Try a pillow under your tummy instead of the wedge. A pillow is softer and should mold to shape easier.

Towards the end of my pregnancies, I'd have a pillow under my belly, between my knees and behind the small of my back for comfort. I'd also sometimes add a pillow to wrap my arms around when DH wasn't home.

No, sadly not. Except perhaps trying to sleep not in bed? A chair perhaps? Lots of people have luck with a recliner.

I use regular pillows, nothing fancy. I have one under my head, one next to it for my arm (or dog), another inbetween my legs that also supports the belly and another under my left hip since that's been killing me. Flat pillows seem to help more than fluffy ones too.

Uh, I am guessing that my massive amounts of booze suggestion is not practical. But I hope you find a comfortable way to sleep!

The only relief I had from the sciatica was massage. I couldnt get comfy without it.
