Toddler croup

When is it bad enough that you should go to the doctor? When should you take them back to daycare/school?

I really don't know how to answer this. It seems our croup episodes are only at night and he's better by morning. But if Skeeter ever seemed like he was having trouble moving air or sustained a temp that wasn't responding to Tylenol I would call.

I used to really fret about if I should go to the doctor or not. My motto now is - it's just a co-pay and my peace of mind is worth $20 !!
