Sorry about that. It's from my baby shower at home. The chickadees are the mama and daddy birds and the fish bowl has a little mini cake inside it just for me that looks like a nest. On the nest is a white chocolate egg signifying the babycakes. :) My sister came up with it and did it all on her own.
