Matt's called the police a couple of times about noise violations when people have done this.
That is something the young me never would have expected - how I can turn into a BEAR when people are unnecessarily loud after 9pm. Do it somewhere else! Or don't do it at all!
Yeah, I would totally call the police, myself. SO ANNOYING.
